A little about me...
I am a WAHM of three children ages four and under living in Southwest Wisconsin. My husband is a hydrogeologist working for the state of Wisconsin. We've been happily married for five adventure-filled years.
My interest in nutrition began over ten years ago after my grandmother died of cancer. My appetite for information relating to many facets of wellness from nutrition and fitness, to alternative therapies, treatments and lifestyle impacts, has never been satiated so I'm always seeking more. Some of my favorite websites deal with health and I subscribe to several wellness-related magazines. I have a shelf full of books with opinions from many camps and love to hear nutrition and wellness news from anywhere else I can. I love to learn and do so continuously, especially as the information relates to a person's quality of life.
I ultimately discovered an approach that was entirely unique from anything else I had ever heard about. In time, it gave my son (has a congenital disease) and myself (long list of health problems -- formerly!) quality of life that previously I doubted we would ever achieve.
I now serve as a wellness adviser to help others achieve quality of life at last, too.
